Wii Remote Interactive Whiteboard
August 14th, 2008
A friend and I are going to make an interactive whiteboard based on Johnny Lee’s video. For about $40 in parts you can make an interactive whiteboard. When I went to the Maker Faire I got to try it out. Very cool.
Here is a video on Instructables giving a little more explanation about how to make the pen. The software for the program is free to download on Johnny Lee’s site, but it’s only for PCs. I did find a link for Mac compatible software.

The video is interesting; I had no clue that something like that exists. Have you actually tried it? Do you have any pictures or home made tutorial? The only bad part is that you can find the right software for MAC, many people use it, including me. I am seriously considering trying this and see if it works, but only with the proper software.

I am doing some research for my on-line class about in-put devices and I was assigned Interactive Whiteboard. An Interactive Whiteboard is used in classrooms and businesses. Its like a whiteboard but its connected to the computer. You use a pen to wright on the board and it tranfers to the computer.what you say?
